Unrelatable, but not like THAT!

If you had asked me this morning who Rachel Hollis was, I would have said, “No idea.” If you described her, I would have probably asked if she’s the one who lost her book deal and had her “lifestyle aesthetic training” program cancelled. (Google says that’s Caroline Calloway.)
So this one isn’t on my radar. She sounds awful. The context and her apparent intent behind this quote is APPALLING.
The quote itself, I don’t hate it. But no one should want to relate to someone like Rachel Hollis.
Hollis listed women in history she claims are “all unrelatable AF,” like Harriet Tubman, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Oprah Winfrey, Amelia Earhart and Frida Khalo.
It’s true, they are. But to consider herself among them is laughable.
Rachel Hollis is only “unrelatable” in the sense that NO ONE should want to be like her. She’s a cliche — privileged blonde who thinks she “earned” everything she has and uses the Bible and Martha Stewart Living to shame women in less fortunate circumstances so she can recruit them into MLM.
